Well, being very comfortable with computer apps and such, downloading an eaudio book was easy and interesting. The similarity between the two was obvious: audio form of book, listening for pleasure and enjoyable. The differences were obvious as well. Both are very different. Being comfortable with Overdrive, I had no problem finding, checking out and downloading a book. Netlibrary was much easier. It opened directly into media player and that made me quite impressed. The only glitch was activating the active X part. Seems it pops up all the time.
The two books I downloaded were: Perfectly Yourself : 9 Lessons for Enduring Happiness and Apocalypse 2012
I have not fully listened to either one, only a little bit. I did try to get the title The Identity Code : The 8 Essential Questions for Finding Your Purpose and Place in the World but it was checked out. I also tried to get Darwin & Evolution and THAT one was out as well.... grrrr. I will have to look into that one later. Since I am waiting to hear from Mac about being re-admitted, I have been reading up on anthro again. Guess with it being my passion it is never to early to start with reading to get back into the groove.
Also, on the ebook topic. I did find some awesome needlework books that I have been looking over. Seems there are a few sites to find old (historical or not) books that have been made available to all. Here are a few I like to browse through.
